Travel
Administrative, travel, and set-up fees are standard components of many contracts, particularly those involving service-based or project-oriented agreements. Administrative fees cover the costs associated with managing and processing paperwork, communications, and other administrative tasks related to the execution of the contract. These fees ensure that the necessary administrative infrastructure is in place to support the successful completion of the project. Travel fees encompass expenses related to transportation, accommodation, and meals incurred by personnel traveling to perform work or attend meetings as outlined in the contract. Set-up fees, on the other hand, account for the initial costs associated with establishing the resources, infrastructure, or systems needed to initiate the contracted services or project. Together, these fees ensure transparency and accountability in the contract's financial arrangements, helping to manage expectations and facilitate smooth project implementation.
Travel and set up fees in and around ACT is a flat rate of $145.00.
For travel surrounding and outside ACT, this will be calculated by kilometre/distance added on to the base rate.
