TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please make note of the following important TERMS & CONDITIONS on booking La Bella Fay Beauty and Bridal. Please read these User Terms carefully as they are a legal document and, on your booking, you agree to be bound by these User Terms.
* It is the responsibility of the client who books to understand, agree and be responsible for all booking conditions, including all payments are made by specified dates.
Payments can be made by cash or bank deposit/transfer. Personal cheques cannot be accepted. Credit card/eftpos facilities are available on the day - however you can pay with your credit card using your online banking.
Prices quoted are valid for 7 days from the quotation date and are subject to change. Please note that all prices are subject to change.
Customers are required to pay the full amount for the trial within 24 hours of the trial. A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given if you are unable to attend your, would like to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in you being liable for the full cost of the appointment.
A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total fee quoted is to be paid upon booking to secure the booking. The balance must be paid either on or prior to the booking, including further expenses not known at time of quote.
The fees quoted may not include costs associated with parking and/or any other unique or special requirement/s that are not known to us at the time of this quote, such as tattoo, bruise or vein coverage.
Booking will be subject to availability - please contact La Bella Fay Beauty and Bridal to confirm her availability.
Payments can be made by the following methods: Cash; Bank Deposit; Credit Card.
The client scheduling the appointment will be held responsible for the total booking fee amount.
Payments for services can be paid in advance up to 30 days prior to the booking.
La Bella Fay Beauty and Bridal does not offer full or partial refunds for any completed services; therefore if you are in any way dissatisfied, the onus is on the client to notify Amanda Taubman whilst they are on location. All discussions regarding refunds/discounts will be entered into on a case-by-case basis.
You are asked kindly to give us a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your trial appointment. Cancellations or missed appointments(no show) without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the appointment. All wedding deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation of any wedding day booking by you must be given in writing, by post or email and will only be confirmed upon receipt of this. The following cancellation fees apply if the booking is cancelled by you.
• Up to 3 months prior to the date - None
• 3 months – 4 weeks prior to the date - 50% of the booked amount quoted on your booking confirmation form. (Excluding Booking Fee)
• 4 week’s prior to the day and under - 100% of the booked amount quoted on your booking confirmation form. (Excluding Booking Fee)
Should Amanda Taubman fall ill or unable to attend your booking for unforeseen reasons, all attempts will be made to send a colleague to you who will be fully briefed. In the event that Amanda Taubman may cancel your booking for unforeseen reasons and not be able to find you a suitable replacement makeup artist, all money paid other than the trial shall be refunded.
Time management is of the essence therefore adherence to appointment times is critical in ensuring that La Bella Fay Beauty and Bridal delivers the service you expect. Therefore when making appointment times please note that these times will be strictly adhered to. Should unforeseen circumstances arise, the onus is on the bride to advise La Bella Fay Beauty and Bridal as soon as practicable. La Bella Fay Beauty and Bridal is not responsible if desired completion time is not met due to wedding party delays.
Brides do not choose the time at which La Bella Fay Beauty and Bridal and any other artist working with her arrive; La Bella Fay Beauty and Bridal will notify her Brides of her arrival time the week of the wedding.
Changes To Number Of Clients/Faces or Times Agreed Upon At Time Of Booking
Should the number of faces or services change after you have made a payment you will still be charged for those faces and the services. This is based on a loss suffered by us in reserving the date & times required to fulfill your original booking.
Should the times change after you have made a payment to secure your booking, and I am not able to fulfill your request due to another booking or commitment, you will still be charged for the services that are not able to be supplied.
Miscellaneous (Travel/Parking Fees/Tolls)
A travel fee may be incurred depending on distance required to travel. In the event that any hotel/motel and parking fees are incurred as result of the location of the appointment, these will be passed on to the client. If parking is to be required at a hotel, we request that you organise this with the hotel in advance and have the charges applied to your room tab
Extra people wanting styling
If any additional people require styling on the day, but do not have an appointment, this is not normally a problem and payment can be made with cash on the wedding day. Please give stylists notice if others want styling.
General Disclosures and Hygiene
You acknowledge that services provide involve me applying skin products directly to the relevant parts of your body & therefore agree that you have disclosed any & all medical or other conditions known to you which a reasonable person would disclose, including but not limited to skin sensitivity, conditions such as active herpes (cold sores) & general allergies for yourself & the other people who are receiving services.
In doing so, you agree that we are not liable for, & will indemnify us from any & all claims, liabilities, costs, loss, & causes of action relating to personal injury or death arising directly or indirectly as a result of your failure to disclose pertinent information relating to medical or other conditions.
For hygiene reasons, makeup artists cannot use your own personal makeup products.
Please note that Amanda Taubman cannot work on clients who are contagiously ill (e.g. with the flu or other virus’). Service will be refused at the Makeup Artist’s discretion. No Refund will be given for any clients who have their services cancelled on the day due to illness.
La Bella Fay Beauty and Bridal or any artist working with her is not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. The onus is on the client to notify La Bella Fay Beauty and Bridal if you have particular hypersensitivity that you are aware of.
